Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Joydek, we strive to ensure smooth and secure transactions for every user. However, we understand that issues may occur occasionally. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Successful Recharges

Once a FASTag recharge is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed since the amount is instantly credited to your FASTag account.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If your recharge fails due to a technical error, bank issue, or server downtime, and the amount has been deducted from your account, Joydek will initiate a full refund within 3 to 7 business days after verification.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of duplicate payments for the same vehicle, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method after validation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at joydekindexingprivatelimited@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time of payment
  • Vehicle number
  • Payment method used

Our support team will investigate and update you via email.

No Third-Party Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to the original source of payment. Joydek is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Joydek reserves the right to amend the Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to improve transparency and customer experience.
